This is not a Chili rellano. There is not a hint of a poblano pepper in this dish. Ok so misunderstanding on my part? Well problem is when I bring this up I was not offered anything to make up for it. There is a dish I am told that is what I wanted the waitress tells me but I wasn't offered it to replace the plate of awful stuff masquerading as a chili rellano. It's
